# PNVA R3 Runtime Capture Matrix

Author: Gustavo de Aguiar Martins
Project: PNVA-Core / Enygnalab / EnyOS
Edition: Open Research / Production Evidence Edition, 2026

## Objective

The R3 runtime capture matrix turns the remaining authority debt into concrete runtime capture slots.

The cutover gate now accepts the public slot-bound runtime evidence sample.

The capture matrix says exactly what that evidence must contain.

```text
authority debt -> entity/action slots -> native no-tick precheck -> native commit -> proof -> validation
```

## Current Public Result

Report:

```text
reports/pnva-r3-runtime-capture-matrix-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
R3_RUNTIME_CAPTURE_MATRIX_COMPLETE
```

Current result:

```text
capture_contract_ready: true
runtime_capture_complete: true
runtime_capture_approved: true
capture_slot_count: 35
verified_runtime_slot_count: 35
pending_slot_count: 0
runtime_capture_coverage_ratio: 1.0
required_runtime_event_count: 70
required_no_tick_precheck_count: 35
required_collapse_commit_count: 35
projection_pair_count: 35
projection_pair_coverage_ratio: 1.0
entity_target_count: 1
action_target_count: 3
```

## What It Adds

The previous R3 layers proved:

```text
35 H0 strong decisions are mapped
35 native replacement commits are projected
35 native no-tick prechecks are projected
the projection has replay, policy and no-tick validation
final cutover is approved only after accepted runtime evidence exists
```

This matrix adds the operational contract:

```text
each runtime slot has an entity
each runtime slot has an action
each runtime slot has target heuristic rules
each runtime slot requires one no-tick precheck
each runtime slot requires one native commit
each final runtime replacement must remove proof.projection=true
```

## Target Mix

Current target entity:

```text
entity_4c3ade60ea78
```

Current target actions:

```text
RESIZE_BATCH: 32
COOLDOWN_GPU: 2
EXECUTE: 1
```

Current target rules:

```text
native_event_emitter: 35
adaptive_threshold: 35
field_scheduler: 35
power_orchestrator: 2
```

## Acceptance Contract

For a slot to become verified runtime evidence, the runtime must emit:

```text
1 native no-tick precheck event
1 native collapse commit event
schema_version = pnva.event.v1
entity_id present
causal_chain_id present
proof_hash present
proof.valid = true
proof.projection != true
commit max authority >= H2
```

Then the fresh sample must pass:

```text
replay validation
sovereign policy validation
no-tick invariant analysis
proof-chain sealing
semantic consistency
reproducibility
```

## Boundary

This matrix now confirms the slot-bound native runtime sample for R3 cutover.

It deliberately records:

```text
runtime_capture_complete: true
runtime_capture_approved: true
verified_runtime_slot_count: 35
pending_slot_count: 0
```

That makes the architecture stronger: the system knows the exact shape of the accepted work and keeps future runtime captures bound to the same slot/pair/proof contract.

## Intake Guard

The next layer is:

```text
docs/PNVA_R3_RUNTIME_EVIDENCE_GUARD.md
reports/pnva-r3-runtime-evidence-guard-2026-05-05.json
tools/pnva_r3_runtime_evidence_guard.py
```

The matrix defines what must be captured. The guard rejects runtime evidence that is projected, weak-authority, missing entity identity, missing causal chain, missing proof hash or missing the no-tick precheck plus commit pair.

## Command

```bash
python3 tools/pnva_r3_runtime_capture_matrix.py \
  --write reports/pnva-r3-runtime-capture-matrix-2026-05-05.json
```

Expected classification:

```text
R3_RUNTIME_CAPTURE_MATRIX_COMPLETE
```

## Sovereign Rule

PNVA does not become robust by claiming completion early.

PNVA becomes robust by reducing ambiguity:

```text
what remains
which entity owns it
which heuristic authorizes it
which no-tick event suppresses waste
which commit performs action
which proof makes it auditable
```
