# PNVA Sovereign Logs, Entities And Heuristics

Author: Gustavo de Aguiar Martins
Project: PNVA-Core / Enygnalab / EnyOS
Edition: Open Research / Production Evidence Edition, 2026

This document defines the next robust layer of PNVA-Core: canonical logs, explicit entities and auditable heuristics.

The goal is not to change the already validated gates. The goal is to make future PNVA/no-tick evolution harder to break, easier to audit and safer to publish.

## 1. Core Finding

The current PNVA laboratory already contains the essential runtime organs:

- adaptive threshold;
- ETEV guard;
- Memory4D;
- affinity routing;
- power orchestration;
- causal event logs;
- heuristic logs;
- proof gates;
- sanitized public evidence.

The next weakness is not lack of computation. The weakness is contract dispersion: different logs use different shapes, some events use `event`, others use `kind`, some proof summaries use `pass`, others use `overall_status`.

That is normal in a research lab, but production sovereignty requires one canonical envelope.

## 2. Canonical Event Chain

Every PNVA event should be representable as:

```text
field -> event -> tension -> gate -> collapse/block -> action -> proof
```

The canonical event schema is:

```text
schemas/pnva-event.schema.json
```

Minimum envelope:

```json
{
  "schema_version": "pnva.event.v1",
  "event_id": "evt_20260505_000001",
  "timestamp": "2026-05-05T00:00:00Z",
  "causal_chain_id": "chain_runtime_001",
  "entity_id": "zano-entity-00",
  "entity_type": "worker",
  "event_type": "ETEV_GUARD_PASS",
  "field": {
    "state_before": "observing",
    "state_after": "candidate",
    "phi": 0.42,
    "gradient": 0.10,
    "hessian": 0.02
  },
  "tension": {
    "score": 0.74,
    "threshold": 0.70,
    "margin": 0.01,
    "gate_delta": 0.03
  },
  "decision": {
    "kind": "collapse",
    "action": "EXECUTE",
    "reason": "signal_above_threshold",
    "confidence": 0.86
  },
  "heuristics": {
    "rules": ["adaptive_threshold", "etev_guard", "memory4d"],
    "risk_flags": []
  },
  "proof": {
    "proof_hash": "sha256:...",
    "proof_ref": "proofs/sanitized/prove-long-run-live-gate.json",
    "valid": true,
    "canonical": true
  }
}
```

## 3. Canonical Entity Model

Every important actor must have an entity identity:

```text
schemas/pnva-entity.schema.json
```

Entity types:

```text
field
event_source
worker
gate
guard
proof
memory
heuristic
publication
author
```

This prevents ambiguity. A worker, a gate, a proof and a publication page must not be mixed into the same conceptual bucket.

## 4. Heuristic Sovereignty

A heuristic is allowed to act only when it can explain:

```text
input signal
normalization
threshold
margin
decision
reason
confidence
proof reference
fallback mode
```

Heuristics must be classified:

| Class | Meaning | Production Rule |
| --- | --- | --- |
| H0 | observation only | never executes |
| H1 | advisory | emits recommendation |
| H2 | guarded action | requires threshold and proof |
| H3 | sovereign action | requires guard, rollback and proof |
| H4 | reclassification | requires explicit criteria and backup |

No heuristic should silently mutate production state without proof.

## 5. No-Tick Robustness Rules

PNVA/no-tick should preserve these invariants:

```text
do not wake without observable cause
do not execute without threshold
do not reclassify without criteria
do not publish raw logs without sanitization
do not hide transients
do not confuse local validation with universal proof
```

## 6. Entity Health

Each runtime entity should expose:

```text
entity_id
entity_type
state
last_seen
confidence
capabilities
risk_flags
proof_ref
```

Recommended health flags:

```text
MISSING_SCHEMA_VERSION
MISSING_ENTITY_ID
MISSING_CAUSAL_CHAIN
MISSING_PROOF_REF
THERMAL_PRESSURE_WITHOUT_SENSOR_SOURCE
FINAL_TRANSIENT_RECLASSIFIED
RAW_FAIL_CANONICAL_PASS
LOW_EVENT_DIVERSITY
HIGH_RESIZE_BATCH_RATIO
STALE_JOB_PRESSURE
```

These are not automatic failures. They are early warning signals.

## 7. Current Lab Reading

Local log inspection showed:

```text
pnva_decisions.jsonl: 17525 lines, 0 JSON parse errors
pnva-miner-events.jsonl: 9427 lines, 0 JSON parse errors
pnva_causal_events.jsonl: 12735 sealed causal records
zano_pnva_heuristics.jsonl: 1845 heuristic records with veonic fields
```

Dominant mining action:

```text
RESIZE_BATCH
```

Dominant pressure reason:

```text
cpu_host_thermal_taper
```

Engineering interpretation:

The runtime is conservative and event-aware. The next improvement is not to force aggression; it is to record thermal pressure provenance and separate thermal entity state from generic field tension.

## 8. Next Production Upgrade

Add a bridge layer:

```text
legacy log -> canonical pnva.event.v1 envelope -> sovereign audit report
```

This makes old logs useful without rewriting the validated runtime.

## 9. No-Tick Invariant Layer

After canonicalization and replay, run the no-tick invariant analyzer:

```text
canonical pnva.event.v1 -> replay validation -> no-tick invariant report
```

This layer proves that PNVA is not merely executing less. It proves that suppressed actions are also represented as auditable decisions.

Current public invariant report:

```text
reports/pnva-no-tick-invariants-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
SOVEREIGN_NO_TICK_READY
```

Core numbers:

```text
event_count: 512
collapse_count: 266
observe_count: 213
block_count: 33
suppressed_count: 246
no_tick_suppression_ratio: 0.4805
guard_consistency_ratio: 1.0
proof_integrity_ratio: 1.0
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA/no-tick becomes stronger when it can prove not only why it acted, but also why it refused to act.

## 10. Native Event Emission

The bridge keeps legacy logs useful. The native emitter defines the production direction:

```text
runtime -> pnva.event.v1 -> replay -> no-tick invariants -> sovereign audit
```

Native events must include:

```text
source.format = native_pnva_event_v1
proof.native = true
schema_version = pnva.event.v1
```

Current native demo:

```text
reports/pnva-native-events-demo-2026-05-05.jsonl
reports/pnva-native-entity-catalog-demo-2026-05-05.json
reports/pnva-native-emitter-summary-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
NATIVE_EMITTER_READY
```

Production interpretation:

New PNVA runtimes should not wait for post-processing to become auditable. They should emit canonical events at the moment of observation, collapse, block, proof or suppression.

## 11. Sovereign Policy Validation

The policy layer checks whether the decision had enough authority to act.

Strong decisions:

```text
collapse
block
prove
reclassify
```

Required policy for strong decisions:

```text
valid proof
entity in catalog
H2/H3/H4 authority
```

Legacy exception:

Old converted logs may contain strong decisions with only `legacy_observer`. These are not hidden and not silently promoted. They are preserved as warnings:

```text
SOVEREIGN_POLICY_READY_WITH_LEGACY_WARNINGS
```

Native expectation:

New events must be clean:

```text
SOVEREIGN_POLICY_READY
```

This creates a migration path: preserve old evidence honestly, but demand stronger authority from every new runtime event.

## 12. Proof-Chain Sealing

After replay, invariants and policy validation, seal the event sequence:

```text
pnva.event.v1 sequence -> proof chain -> final_chain_hash
```

The proof chain computes:

```text
event_hash = sha256(canonical_event_json)
chain_hash = sha256(index, previous_chain_hash, event_id, event_hash)
```

This makes event order externally auditable. If one event is changed, removed, inserted or reordered, the final chain hash changes.

Current canonical seal:

```text
PROOF_CHAIN_SEALED
512 events
0 bad proofs
```

Current native seal:

```text
PROOF_CHAIN_SEALED
7 events
0 bad proofs
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA evidence should not only be valid event by event. It should be sealed as a sequence.

## 13. Causal Graph Audit

Entity sovereignty requires topology.

After event validation and sequence sealing, build the causal graph:

```text
entities + relations + causal_chain_id -> causal graph
```

The graph audit checks:

```text
event entities exist in catalog
relation targets exist in catalog
observed entities are connected by chain or relation edges
graph_hash is stable
```

Current canonical graph:

```text
CAUSAL_GRAPH_READY
512 events
6 observed entities
68 relation edges
230 chain edges
```

Current native graph:

```text
CAUSAL_GRAPH_READY
7 events
6 observed entities
2 relation edges
6 chain edges
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA should expose not only decisions, but the topology of the field that made those decisions possible.

## 14. Schema Contract Validation

After graph topology, validate the structural envelope itself:

```text
pnva.event.v1 + pnva.entity.v1 -> schema contract validation
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-schema-contract-validation-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
SCHEMA_CONTRACT_READY_WITH_LEGACY_WARNINGS
```

Current result:

```text
event_count: 519
entity_count: 12
relation_count: 70
heuristic_rule_count: 9
error_count: 0
warning_count: 341
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA evidence becomes stronger when every public event and entity can be checked for schema version, identity, causal chain, tension, decision, heuristic context, proof and sanitized source. The canonical legacy sample keeps its type-consolidation warnings visible. The native emitter scope has zero contract warnings.

## 15. Causal Chronology Guard

After structure validation, audit time as evidence:

```text
pnva.event.v1 timestamps + causal_chain_id -> causal chronology
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-causal-chronology-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
CAUSAL_CHRONOLOGY_READY_WITH_LEGACY_WARNINGS
```

Current result:

```text
event_count: 519
chain_count: 15
global_backward_count: 1
error_count: 0
warning_count: 2
native_chronology_clean: true
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA/no-tick does not ignore time. It refuses to let time be the blind execution motor. Time remains a proof dimension: event order, chain order, gaps and batch compaction must be visible. The canonical legacy bridge keeps one temporal reset and timestamp compaction as warnings. The native path is monotonic and clean.

## 16. Tension Decision Calibration

After chronology, validate whether the decision agrees with the field tension:

```text
score + threshold + gate_delta + guard event -> decision calibration
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-tension-decision-calibration-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
TENSION_DECISION_READY_WITH_LEGACY_WARNINGS
```

Current result:

```text
event_count: 519
error_count: 0
warning_count: 384
native_calibration_clean: true
legacy_calibration_warning_count: 384
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA/no-tick is stronger when every `collapse`, `block` and `observe` can be explained by the tension threshold that produced it. The canonical bridge preserves 384 legacy calibration warnings instead of hiding them. The native runtime path is calibrated clean: collapse/prove are positive decisions, block/observe are below-threshold decisions.

## 17. Decision Trace Index

After tension-decision calibration, index every decision as a traceable public record:

```text
event + entity + heuristic rules + authority + tension + proof -> decision trace
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-decision-trace-index-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
DECISION_TRACE_INDEX_READY_WITH_LEGACY_WARNINGS
```

Current result:

```text
event_count: 519
traced_event_count: 519
trace_coverage_ratio: 1.0
entity_coverage_ratio: 1.0
proof_coverage_ratio: 1.0
heuristic_coverage_ratio: 1.0
causal_chain_coverage_ratio: 1.0
tension_coverage_ratio: 1.0
hard_authority_event_count: 367
low_authority_trace_count: 152
error_count: 0
warning_count: 152
native_trace_clean: true
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA/no-tick becomes easier to review when every event can be followed from event ID to entity, rule, authority, tension and proof. The canonical bridge preserves 152 low-authority trace warnings as legacy evidence. The native trace path is complete and clean.

## 18. Heuristic Influence Map

After every decision is traceable, measure how each heuristic rule influences decisions and entities:

```text
rule + authority + decision mix + entity reach + proof coverage -> heuristic influence
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-heuristic-influence-map-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
HEURISTIC_INFLUENCE_MAP_READY_WITH_LEGACY_WARNINGS
```

Current result:

```text
event_count: 519
heuristic_rule_count: 9
heuristic_coverage_ratio: 1.0
proof_event_coverage_ratio: 1.0
influence_edge_count: 1136
hard_authority_edge_count: 776
low_authority_edge_count: 360
low_authority_strong_edge_count: 164
uncompensated_low_authority_strong_event_count: 35
hard_authority_edge_ratio: 0.683099
error_count: 0
warning_count: 70
native_influence_clean: true
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA/no-tick becomes more governable when heuristic intelligence is not opaque. The map shows which rules carry collapse, block, observe and prove decisions, and where legacy low-authority influence remains. The native path has zero influence warnings and keeps strong decisions covered by hard authority.

## 19. Entity No-Tick Matrix

After tension-decision calibration, make no-tick attributable by entity:

```text
entity + heuristic + authority + suppression/execution + proof -> no-tick matrix
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-entity-no-tick-matrix-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
ENTITY_NO_TICK_MATRIX_READY_WITH_LEGACY_WARNINGS
```

Current result:

```text
event_count: 519
entity_row_count: 12
observed_entity_row_count: 12
entity_suppression_row_count: 9
suppressed_count: 250
aggregate_no_tick_suppression_ratio: 0.481696
aggregate_entity_suppression_coverage_ratio: 0.75
error_count: 0
warning_count: 35
native_matrix_clean: true
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA/no-tick becomes more robust when non-execution is not only counted globally, but attributed to an entity, heuristic rule, authority level and proof. The matrix shows that 9 of 12 observed entity rows participated in suppression. The canonical bridge keeps 35 low-authority legacy warnings visible; the native matrix is clean.

## 20. Suppression Ledger

After the entity matrix attributes suppression to actors, make every avoided execution auditable:

```text
suppressed event + entity + rules + proof + threshold delta -> avoided execution ledger
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-suppression-ledger-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
SUPPRESSION_LEDGER_READY_WITH_LEGACY_WARNINGS
```

Current result:

```text
event_count: 519
suppressed_count: 250
estimated_avoided_execution_count: 250
proof_valid_count: 250
proof_coverage_ratio: 1.0
below_threshold_suppression_count: 74
above_threshold_suppression_count: 176
aggregate_no_tick_suppression_ratio: 0.481696
error_count: 0
warning_count: 176
native_suppression_clean: true
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA/no-tick becomes academically stronger when non-execution is treated as a first-class proof artifact. The current ledger shows 250 proof-backed suppressions, interpreted as 250 avoided executions. The native path has no above-threshold suppression drift; the 176 warnings remain visible as legacy bridge evidence instead of being erased.

## 21. Sovereign Robustness Gate

After suppression, entity and heuristic evidence is visible, collapse the release posture into one readiness gate:

```text
no-tick + traces + heuristics + entities + proof + native cleanliness + legacy debt -> robustness gate
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-sovereign-robustness-gate-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
SOVEREIGN_ROBUSTNESS_GATE_READY_WITH_LEGACY_WARNINGS
```

Current result:

```text
readiness_level: R2_NATIVE_CLEAN_LEGACY_QUARANTINED
robustness_score: 97 / 100
event_count: 519
suppressed_count: 250
no_tick_suppression_ratio: 0.481696
native_clean_signal_count: 8 / 8
legacy_debt_count: 35
blocker_count: 0
```

Production interpretation:

This is the strongest honest summary of the current package: native PNVA evidence is clean; historical canonical evidence still carries bounded migration debt. New production events should target `R3_NATIVE_CLEAN_LEGACY_FREE` by removing the remaining 35 low-authority strong legacy decisions.

## 22. R3 Migration Plan

After the robustness gate, convert remaining debt into a measurable migration backlog:

```text
robustness debt + heuristic influence debt + suppression debt + schema warnings -> R3 migration plan
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-r3-migration-plan-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
R3_MIGRATION_PLAN_READY
```

Current result:

```text
current_readiness_level: R2_NATIVE_CLEAN_LEGACY_QUARANTINED
target_readiness_level: R3_NATIVE_CLEAN_LEGACY_FREE
current_robustness_score: 97 / 100
target_robustness_score: 100 / 100
source_event_count: 519
native_clean_signal_count: 8 / 8
primary_blocking_debt_count: 35
migration_action_count: 6
raw_migration_signal_count: 903
primary_required_remaining_count: 716
estimated_r3_candidate: false
blocker_count: 0
```

Production interpretation:

The migration planner stays conservative: it preserves the historical R2 legacy-quarantined baseline and names the original debt. The downstream R3 runtime layers then close the mapped slot-bound replacement sample with native evidence, while the historical warnings remain visible instead of being deleted.

## 23. Authority Migration Ledger

After the R3 plan, convert the primary authority debt into entity/action-level targets:

```text
R3 primary debt + policy warnings + influence warnings -> authority migration ledger
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-authority-migration-ledger-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
AUTHORITY_MIGRATION_LEDGER_READY_WITH_LEGACY_WARNINGS
```

Current result:

```text
source_event_count: 519
candidate_event_count: 35
canonical_low_authority_strong_count: 35
native_low_authority_strong_count: 0
entity_candidate_count: 1
mapped_candidate_count: 35
unmapped_candidate_count: 0
migration_coverage_ratio: 1.0
proof_coverage_ratio: 1.0
warning_count: 35
error_count: 0
```

Dominant migration target:

```text
entity_id: entity_4c3ade60ea78
event_type: cuda_slot_scan
dominant_action: RESIZE_BATCH
dominant_action_count: 32
```

Native replacement rule mix:

```text
adaptive_threshold: 35
field_scheduler: 35
power_orchestrator: 2
```

Production interpretation:

The package still preserves the 35 historical H0 strong decisions as warnings. The ledger makes them actionable: future `cuda_slot_scan` strong decisions should be emitted as native `pnva.event.v1` with `adaptive_threshold`, `field_scheduler` and, for cooldown cases, `power_orchestrator` authority.

## 24. R3 Authority Projection

After the authority migration ledger maps the H0 strong debt, project that debt into a native hard-authority candidate sample:

```text
authority migration ledger -> native precheck events + native commit events -> replay + policy + no-tick validation
```

Current report set:

```text
reports/pnva-r3-authority-projection-summary-2026-05-05.json
reports/pnva-r3-authority-projection-policy-2026-05-05.json
reports/pnva-r3-authority-projection-no-tick-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
R3_AUTHORITY_PROJECTION_READY
```

Current result:

```text
projected_low_authority_strong_count: 0
projected_no_tick_suppression_count: 35
proof_coverage_ratio: 1.0
entity_count: 1
replay: REPLAY_VALID
policy: SOVEREIGN_POLICY_READY
no_tick: SOVEREIGN_NO_TICK_READY
```

Production interpretation:

This does not rewrite the historical H0 evidence. It creates the native implementation contract for R3: every mapped H0 candidate gets a no-action precheck and a hard-authority collapse commit, then passes replay, policy and no-tick validation before runtime replacement.

## 25. R3 Cutover Gate

After the projection is valid, separate contract readiness from final runtime approval:

```text
R3 authority projection + replay + policy + no-tick -> cutover gate
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-r3-cutover-gate-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
R3_CUTOVER_APPROVED
```

Current result:

```text
contract_ready: true
cutover_approved: true
legacy_free_claim_allowed: true
fresh_runtime_evidence_present: true
authority_candidate_count: 35
projected_event_count: 70
projected_precheck_count: 35
projected_commit_count: 35
projected_low_authority_strong_count: 0
remaining_runtime_replacement_count: 0
runtime_blocker_count: 0
contract_score: 100
```

Production interpretation:

The cutover gate now approves the slot-bound native runtime sample. The contract is ready, runtime evidence is present, downstream replay/policy/no-tick/proof-chain checks pass, and no runtime replacement remains pending.

## 26. R3 Runtime Capture Matrix

After the cutover gate blocks premature R3 completion, convert the remaining runtime work into exact capture slots:

```text
R3 cutover gate + authority ledger + projection pairs -> runtime capture matrix
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-r3-runtime-capture-matrix-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
R3_RUNTIME_CAPTURE_MATRIX_COMPLETE
```

Current result:

```text
capture_contract_ready: true
runtime_capture_complete: true
runtime_capture_approved: true
capture_slot_count: 35
verified_runtime_slot_count: 35
pending_slot_count: 0
required_runtime_event_count: 70
required_no_tick_precheck_count: 35
required_collapse_commit_count: 35
projection_pair_count: 35
projection_pair_coverage_ratio: 1.0
entity_target_count: 1
action_target_count: 3
target_rule_count: 4
```

Production interpretation:

The matrix verifies the runtime capture shape. Each R3 replacement has an entity, action, target heuristic set, native no-tick precheck, native commit and proof rule, with all 35 slots covered by the accepted runtime sample.

## 27. R3 Runtime Evidence Guard

After the capture matrix defines the required slots, protect the intake boundary for fresh runtime logs:

```text
runtime capture matrix + fresh JSONL candidate -> evidence guard -> accept or reject
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-r3-runtime-evidence-guard-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
R3_RUNTIME_EVIDENCE_ACCEPTED
```

Current result:

```text
intake_guard_ready: true
runtime_evidence_present: true
runtime_evidence_approved: true
runtime_acceptance_complete: true
capture_slot_count: 35
required_runtime_event_count: 70
accepted_slot_count: 35
pending_slot_count: 0
rejected_event_count: 0
duplicate_event_rejection_count: 0
duplicate_proof_hash_rejection_count: 0
duplicate_proof_ref_rejection_count: 0
source_line_monotonicity_rejection_count: 0
no_tick_pair_integrity_count: 35
no_tick_pair_failure_count: 0
same_source_file_no_tick_pair_count: 35
state_continuity_no_tick_pair_count: 35
negative_control_detected_count: 63
negative_control_count: 63
positive_control_passed_count: 6
positive_control_count: 6
positive_controls_fixture_only: true
```

Production interpretation:

The guard makes the future R3 runtime harder to fake. It rejects projected proofs, missing or invalid timestamps, duplicate event IDs, duplicate proof hashes, duplicate proof refs, duplicate source locations, causal-chain reuse across different runtime slots, unsafe source filenames with local paths or traversal markers, mismatched source files inside a no-tick pair, broken precheck-to-commit state continuity, source-line regression, invalid proof hash format, content-unbound proof hashes, proof refs with the wrong slot/role, wrong event types, extra runtime events, missing field state, missing or inconsistent gate delta, non-finite tension values, positive no-tick precheck deltas, negative commit deltas, missing or mismatched entity IDs and entity types, missing causal chains, broken no-tick pair chains, commit-before-or-equal-to-precheck timestamp ordering, commit-before-precheck JSONL ordering, commit source-line ordering failures, missing proof hashes, missing native proof flags, invalid or unsanitized native source format, missing or mismatched R3 slot identity, original-event mismatches, low-authority commits, legacy, unknown or duplicate heuristic rules, malformed/unknown/duplicate risk flags, missing precheck or commit target heuristic rules, missing precheck or commit target risk flags, action mismatches and prechecks that execute instead of proving no-tick suppression. It also proves six fixture-only positive controls so the intake boundary is strict without becoming unusable. This improves robustness without disturbing the current 24h and production PASS evidence.

## 28. R3 Runtime Instrumentation Plan

After the evidence guard protects intake, keep the accepted slots bound to explicit emitter work:

```text
capture slots + guard rules -> action contracts + event templates + validation commands
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-r3-runtime-instrumentation-plan-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
R3_RUNTIME_INSTRUMENTATION_PLAN_READY
```

Current result:

```text
instrumentation_plan_ready: true
required_collapse_commit_count: 35
event_template_count: 6
mandatory_field_count: 28
negative_control_detected_count: 63
positive_control_passed_count: 6
```

Production interpretation:

The plan turns R3 from an abstract backlog into explicit runtime engineering. The current targets are `RESIZE_BATCH`, `COOLDOWN_GPU` and `EXECUTE`, each requiring native no-tick precheck and native commit events with `timestamp`, parseable ISO-8601 time, `field.state_before`, `field.state_after`, precheck `field.state_after=suppressed`, commit `field.state_after=committed`, commit `field.state_before` equal to precheck `field.state_after`, `heuristics.risk_flags`, `tension.gate_delta`, `gate_delta = score - threshold`, exact event type binding, exactly one precheck and one commit per slot, exact runtime event count, `proof.projection=false`, `proof.native=true`, `source.format=native_pnva_event_v1`, same-source no-tick pair emission, monotonic JSONL/source order without per-file regression, public-basename source filenames, `source.sanitized=true`, `tension.components.original_event_id`, `tension.components.r3_runtime_slot_id`, entity identity and type, causal chain identity unique to one slot, strict proof hash bound to event identity, runtime proof refs, unique proof refs, unique event IDs, known non-legacy heuristic rules, known/unique risk flags on prechecks and commits and same-chain precheck/commit ordering. This makes PNVA more sovereign because final evidence must be emitted by the runtime contract in physical log order, not inferred from projection.

## 29. R3 Runtime Contract Validation

After the instrumentation plan exists, validate the contract itself:

```text
capture matrix + evidence guard + instrumentation plan -> contract validation
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-r3-runtime-contract-validation-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
R3_RUNTIME_CONTRACT_VALIDATED_READY
```

Current result:

```text
contract_validation_ready: true
runtime_evidence_present: true
runtime_evidence_approved: true
capture_slot_count: 35
action_contract_count: 3
required_runtime_event_count: 70
negative_control_detected_count: 63
positive_control_passed_count: 6
enforced_control_count: 59
contract_check_count: 315
failure_count: 0
```

Production interpretation:

The validator prevents contract drift after runtime capture. It proves the matrix slot IDs, original event IDs, causal-chain uniqueness per slot, guard enforced controls, instrumentation templates, no-tick prechecks, commit actions, exact event types, exact pair cardinality, exact runtime event count, native proof markers, proof-ref role binding, proof-hash identity and source-location binding, tension gate-delta policy, source file public-basename policy, same-source no-tick pair policy, precheck-to-commit state continuity, source location uniqueness, JSONL-line order, source-line order, per-file source-line monotonicity and source sanitization still agree as one system.

## 30. Sovereign Evolution Ledger

After the R3 contract is validated, collapse the whole evolution state into one release ledger:

```text
no-tick + logs + heuristics + entities + R3 runtime contract -> evolution ledger
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-sovereign-evolution-ledger-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_SOVEREIGN_EVOLUTION_LEDGER_R3_READY
```

Current result:

```text
current_readiness_level: R2_NATIVE_CLEAN_LEGACY_QUARANTINED
target_readiness_level: R3_NATIVE_CLEAN_LEGACY_FREE
evidence_integrity_ready: true
runtime_mandatory_field_count: 28
runtime_enforced_control_count: 59
controlled_warning_count: 1232
blocker_count: 0
priority_action_count: 4
```

Production interpretation:

The ledger turns the PNVA evolution into a single operational dashboard. It says what is strong now, what is still controlled legacy, and why the slot-bound native runtime sample is accepted for R3: 70 required events, 35 verified slots, zero pending slots, zero runtime blockers and accepted cutover.

## 31. Sovereign Evidence Attestation

After all validators run, bind the evidence package:

```text
proofs + events + replay + invariants + policy + chains + graphs + schema contract + chronology + tension decision + decision trace + heuristic influence + entity matrix + suppression ledger + robustness gate + R3 migration plan + authority migration ledger + R3 authority projection + R3 cutover gate + R3 runtime capture matrix + R3 runtime evidence guard + R3 runtime instrumentation plan + R3 runtime contract validation + sovereign evolution ledger -> evidence_hash
```

The attestation lists each tracked artifact with:

```text
path
sha256
classification
pass flag
artifact counters
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_SOVEREIGN_EVIDENCE_ATTESTED
```

Current package:

```text
48 tracked artifacts
0 failures
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA evidence should be cited by a single aggregate hash, while still preserving every underlying proof file for independent review.

The sovereign audit is not included inside that aggregate hash because it consumes the attestation. This avoids circular hashing.

## 32. Adversarial Validation

A sovereign validator must prove that it rejects bad evidence, not only that it accepts clean evidence.

The adversarial validation layer runs controlled mutations against the public validators:

```text
proof hash tamper
low-authority strong decision
missing event entity
bad relation target
duplicate event id
event order tamper
malformed JSON line
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-adversarial-validation-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
ADVERSARIAL_VALIDATION_PASS
```

Current result:

```text
7 detected mutations over 7 tests
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA evidence becomes more sovereign when validators have negative controls. A `PASS` is stronger when the same tooling can also show why corrupted proof, weak authority, invalid topology, duplicate identity, reordered sequence or malformed JSON does not pass silently.

## 33. Entity And Heuristic Maturity

After validation and adversarial controls, score the maturity of the actors and rules:

```text
entities + heuristics + authority + no-tick suppression + proof coverage -> maturity score
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-entity-heuristic-maturity-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
ENTITY_HEURISTIC_MATURITY_READY_WITH_LEGACY_WARNINGS
```

Current aggregate:

```text
maturity_score: 94.59
total_event_count: 519
total_suppressed_count: 250
aggregate_no_tick_suppression_ratio: 0.481696
aggregate_hard_authority_ratio: 0.884868
canonical_low_authority_legacy_count: 35
native_low_authority_legacy_count: 0
error_count: 0
warning_count: 35
```

Production interpretation:

The canonical legacy bridge preserves 35 low-authority strong decisions as warnings. The native runtime path has zero low-authority legacy warnings. This creates a clean migration rule: old evidence stays honest; new PNVA runtimes must emit native events with H2/H3 authority.

## 34. Semantic Consistency Guard

After all evidence reports are generated, check whether they agree as a system:

```text
manifest + reports + audit + attestation -> semantic consistency
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-semantic-consistency-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
SEMANTIC_CONSISTENCY_READY
```

Current result:

```text
check_count: 331
error_count: 0
warning_count: 0
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA evidence should not pass only as isolated files. The release is stronger when event counts, trace coverage, heuristic influence, suppression counts, avoided-execution counts, strong-decision counts, graph counts, chronology, tension-decision calibration, decision trace index, entity no-tick matrix, suppression ledger, robustness gate, R3 migration plan, authority migration ledger, R3 authority projection, R3 cutover gate, R3 runtime capture matrix, R3 runtime evidence guard, R3 runtime instrumentation plan, R3 runtime contract validation, sovereign evolution ledger, maturity math, Manifest metadata, audit summaries and attestation hashes all agree.

The semantic consistency report is not included in the attestation hash seed because it consumes the attestation.

## 35. Reproducibility Guard

After semantic consistency, rerun the current tools and compare stable fields against published reports:

```text
source commands -> temporary reports -> stable-field comparison -> reproducibility result
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-reproducibility-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
REPRODUCIBILITY_READY
```

Current result:

```text
command_count: 40
comparison_count: 445
failure_count: 0
command_failure_count: 0
comparison_failure_count: 0
```

Production interpretation:

PNVA evidence becomes stronger when reports are not only internally consistent, but reproducible from the repository commands. This checks that replay, no-tick invariants, native emission, policy, proof-chain, graph, schema contract, chronology, tension-decision calibration, decision trace index, heuristic influence map, entity no-tick matrix, suppression ledger, robustness gate, R3 migration plan, authority migration ledger, R3 authority projection, R3 cutover gate, R3 runtime capture matrix, R3 runtime evidence guard, R3 runtime instrumentation plan, R3 runtime contract validation, sovereign evolution ledger, adversarial validation, maturity, attestation and semantic consistency can be regenerated without stable-field drift.

The reproducibility report is not included in the attestation hash seed because it consumes the attestation. This keeps the evidence graph acyclic.

## 36. Root Sovereignty Guard

After reproducibility, collapse runtime evidence, entities, heuristics, no-tick pairs, traceability, proof integrity and publication hygiene into one root-level guard:

```text
runtime events + entity catalog + no-tick pairs + traceability matrix + cutover + ledger + attestation + semantic + reproducibility + audit -> root readiness
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-sovereignty-guard-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_SOVEREIGNTY_GUARD_READY
```

Current result:

```text
root_score: 100.0
check_count: 27
failure_count: 0
event_count: 70
slot_count: 35
entity_count: 1
```

Production interpretation:

The root guard is the final coherence check for the public package. It verifies that each R3 slot has one no-tick precheck and one native commit, the events are entity-bound, source-sanitized, non-projected, proof-hash bound, H2+ by policy, traceable by slot matrix and accepted by replay, policy, no-tick, proof-chain, cutover, ledger, attestation, semantic consistency, reproducibility and sovereign audit.

The root guard is intentionally outside the attestation hash seed because it consumes attestation, audit and reproducibility.

## 37. Root Causal Intelligence

After the root guard, turn no-tick logs, heuristic authority, entity coverage and proof integrity into a deterministic intelligence score:

```text
canonical no-tick + native no-tick + R3 runtime no-tick + entities + heuristics + root guard -> causal intelligence
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-causal-intelligence-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_CAUSAL_INTELLIGENCE_READY
```

Current result:

```text
root_causal_intelligence_score: 100.0
failure_count: 0
aggregate_no_tick_event_count: 589
aggregate_no_tick_suppressed_count: 285
aggregate_no_tick_suppression_ratio: 0.483871
runtime_verified_slot_count: 35
runtime_pending_slot_count: 0
runtime_projected_proof_count: 0
```

Production interpretation:

This layer makes PNVA smarter without making it vague. It measures causal suppression, runtime pair closure, entity binding, heuristic authority, native proof quality and public hygiene. Historical canonical warnings remain visible as migration context; the R3 runtime path is measured separately as native-clean.

## 38. Root Traceability Matrix

After causal intelligence, expose the root laboratory table for no-tick, entities, heuristics and proofs:

```text
runtime slots + no-tick prechecks + collapse commits + entity catalog + heuristics + proof refs -> traceability matrix
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-traceability-matrix-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_TRACEABILITY_MATRIX_READY
```

Current result:

```text
root_traceability_score: 100.0
check_count: 8
failure_count: 0
slot_count: 35
valid_slot_count: 35
invalid_slot_count: 0
proof_hash_unique_count: 70
proof_ref_unique_count: 70
no_tick_suppression_ratio: 0.5
runtime_guard_negative_controls: 63/63
root_traceability_hash: sha256:f6bd17b7e2103e6a3f224b3be267cbd835ad548cfa5b5aa04245817ef91feb7d
```

Production interpretation:

The matrix makes the PNVA root evidence directly inspectable. Every accepted runtime slot has one no-tick precheck, one collapse commit, one entity identity, known heuristic rules, native non-projected proof refs and proof hashes. Any invalid slot row becomes a root blocker.

## 39. Root Adversarial Sentry

After traceability, prove that root evidence corruption does not pass silently:

```text
clean root evidence -> root PASS
mutated runtime evidence -> root FAIL
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-adversarial-sentry-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_ADVERSARIAL_SENTRY_PASS
```

Current result:

```text
clean_control_pass: true
test_count: 8
detected_count: 8
failure_count: 0
```

Controlled mutations:

```text
proof.projection=true
missing entity_id
broken no-tick state continuity
weak runtime authority
unsafe source path
duplicate event_id
positive gate_delta on no-tick precheck
legacy_observer heuristic injection
```

Production interpretation:

This layer makes the root package harder to fake. It mutates only temporary copies of the runtime evidence, then requires both `PNVA_ROOT_SOVEREIGNTY_GUARD_FAIL` and `PNVA_ROOT_CAUSAL_INTELLIGENCE_NEEDS_HARDENING` on corrupted input.

## 40. Root Release Seal

After green-path validation, causal intelligence, traceability and adversarial rejection, seal the final public root package:

```text
root guard + causal intelligence + traceability matrix + adversarial sentry + ledger + cutover + runtime guard + semantic + reproducibility + attestation + audit -> root release hash
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-release-seal-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_RELEASE_SEALED
```

Current result:

```text
sealed_artifact_count: 11
failure_count: 0
root_score: 100.0
root_causal_intelligence_score: 100.0
root_adversarial_detection_ratio: 8/8
runtime_accepted_slots: 35
runtime_pending_slots: 0
root_release_hash: sha256:97f5c3f379db838784f864c312778a3afabea50ebb30acfffe4f6da2c97b65fc
```

Production interpretation:

The root release seal is the final citation anchor. It is separate from the evidence attestation hash and intentionally outside the attestation seed. If any root report, audit, reproducibility, semantic consistency, cutover or runtime guard artifact changes, this hash changes.

## 41. Root Release Verifier

After sealing the final root package, verify the seal from outside the seal itself:

```text
root release seal + sealed artifacts + SHA256SUMS + claim boundaries -> verified release
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-release-verifier-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_RELEASE_VERIFIED
```

Current result:

```text
verification_count: 9
failure_count: 0
sealed_artifact_count: 11
checksum_missing_count: 0
checksum_mismatch_count: 0
stable_hash_mismatch_count: 0
classification_mismatch_count: 0
root_release_hash: sha256:97f5c3f379db838784f864c312778a3afabea50ebb30acfffe4f6da2c97b65fc
```

Production interpretation:

The verifier makes the final seal challengeable. It recomputes the root release hash, confirms artifact classifications, checks checksum coverage and proves that the public claim boundary still rejects unsupported claims such as universal performance, private deployment validation, hardware energy proof without counters or physical-particle proof.

## 42. Root Claim Boundary Guard

After verifying the release seal, scan the public language before posting, publishing or indexing:

```text
root seal + root verifier + public docs + limits + llms.txt -> claim boundary guard
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-claim-boundary-guard-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_CLAIM_BOUNDARY_GUARD_READY
```

Current result:

```text
claim_boundary_score: 100.0
check_count: 7
failure_count: 0
scanned_file_count: 90
high_risk_occurrence_count: 48
unbounded_high_risk_occurrence_count: 0
root_release_hash: sha256:97f5c3f379db838784f864c312778a3afabea50ebb30acfffe4f6da2c97b65fc
```

Production interpretation:

The claim boundary guard makes public recognition safer. It checks that phrases about universal proof, physical particles, private deployment, hardware energy and medical/legal scope appear only inside explicit limitation language. This keeps PNVA ambitious but academically defensible.

## 43. Root Publication Gate

After claim boundary validation, close the public release package for repository publication and indexing:

```text
root reports + Manifest + SHA256SUMS + robots + sitemap + llms + public pages -> publication gate
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-publication-gate-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_PUBLICATION_GATE_READY
```

Current result:

```text
publication_score: 100.0
check_count: 9
failure_count: 0
manifest_file_count: 258
checksum_count: 257
sitemap_url_count: 83
path_leak_count: 0
root_release_hash: sha256:97f5c3f379db838784f864c312778a3afabea50ebb30acfffe4f6da2c97b65fc
```

Production interpretation:

The publication gate is the last public-readiness check. It requires root reports, checksum closure, discovery metadata, llms boundaries, canonical public files and zero local path leaks before public posting.

## 44. Root Dependency Graph

After publication readiness, expose the evidence package as a directed proof graph:

```text
public contract + proof gates + event validators + entity ledgers + R3 runtime + root guards + seal + verifier + claim boundary + publication gate -> dependency graph
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-dependency-graph-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_DEPENDENCY_GRAPH_READY
```

Current result:

```text
dependency_score: 100.0
check_count: 8
failure_count: 0
node_count: 49
edge_count: 104
phase_count: 11
missing_artifact_count: 0
readiness_failure_count: 0
```

Production interpretation:

The dependency graph makes the PNVA evidence chain easier to audit. It proves that the public package is not only a set of PASS reports; it is an ordered acyclic proof chain where every node reaches the final publication gate.

## 45. Root Observability Index

After dependency closure, generate one laboratory dashboard for no-tick, logs, entities, heuristics and root gates:

```text
no-tick metrics + event streams + entity catalogs + heuristic influence + runtime slots + root gates -> observability index
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-observability-index-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_OBSERVABILITY_INDEX_READY
```

Current result:

```text
observability_score: 100.0
check_count: 8
failure_count: 0
aggregate_event_count: 589
aggregate_suppressed_count: 285
aggregate_suppression_ratio: 0.483871
entity_catalog_rows: 13
runtime_accepted_slots: 35
runtime_pending_slots: 0
runtime_rejected_events: 0
heuristic_rule_count: 9
influence_edge_count: 1136
root_release_hash: sha256:97f5c3f379db838784f864c312778a3afabea50ebb30acfffe4f6da2c97b65fc
```

Production interpretation:

The observability index is the root laboratory view. It proves that PASS status can be read through event counts, suppression counts, proof hashes, entity catalogs, heuristic influence, runtime slots and public boundary checks.

## 46. Root Invariant Firewall

After observability is visible, lock the root invariants so future changes cannot silently regress the proof package:

```text
observability + dependency graph + publication boundary + runtime contract + adversarial controls -> invariant firewall
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-invariant-firewall-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_INVARIANT_FIREWALL_READY
```

Current result:

```text
firewall_score: 100.0
check_count: 12
failure_count: 0
event_stream_count: 3
entity_catalog_count: 3
entity_catalog_rows: 13
aggregate_event_count: 589
aggregate_suppressed_count: 285
runtime_accepted_slots: 35
runtime_pending_slots: 0
runtime_rejected_events: 0
runtime_no_tick_pair_failures: 0
root_dependency_cycles: 0
publication_path_leaks: 0
root_release_hash: sha256:97f5c3f379db838784f864c312778a3afabea50ebb30acfffe4f6da2c97b65fc
```

Production interpretation:

The invariant firewall turns PASS into a guarded contract. Logs, entities, heuristics, runtime slots, proof identity and publication boundaries must remain coherent for future changes to pass.

## 47. Root Regression Sentinel

After the invariant firewall passes, watch for metric drift:

```text
firewall + observability + root baseline + publication hygiene -> regression sentinel
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-regression-sentinel-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_REGRESSION_SENTINEL_READY
```

Current result:

```text
check_count: 5
failure_count: 0
monitored_metric_count: 36
stable_metric_count: 36
regressed_metric_count: 0
aggregate_event_count_min: 589
aggregate_suppressed_count_min: 285
aggregate_suppression_ratio_range: 0.45..0.70
runtime_r3_projected_count_max: 0
entity_catalog_rows_min: 13
heuristic_rule_count_min: 9
runtime_accepted_slot_count_min: 35
publication_path_leak_count_max: 0
```

Production interpretation:

The sentinel turns the current baseline into a future-watch contract. A future improvement should not reduce no-tick proof, event identity, entity coverage, heuristic coverage, runtime acceptance or public hygiene.

## 48. Root Proof Theorem Ledger

After PASS reports exist, convert them into explicit proof cards:

```text
claim + criteria + evidence + boundary + dependencies -> theorem ledger
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-proof-theorem-ledger-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_PROOF_THEOREM_LEDGER_READY
```

Current result:

```text
theorem_score: 100.0
check_count: 4
failure_count: 0
theorem_count: 12
proven_theorem_count: 12
failed_theorem_count: 0
root_release_hash: sha256:97f5c3f379db838784f864c312778a3afabea50ebb30acfffe4f6da2c97b65fc
```

Production interpretation:

The theorem ledger is the public academic bridge. It turns logs and gates into citable technical statements without expanding the root seal or claiming more than the evidence supports.

## 49. Root Evolution Governor

After theorem cards exist, govern future improvements through invariant-locked evolution cards:

```text
locked invariants + controlled debts + safe evolution cards -> evolution governor
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-evolution-governor-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_EVOLUTION_GOVERNOR_READY
```

Current result:

```text
check_count: 6
failure_count: 0
invariant_count: 22
invariant_failure_count: 0
controlled_debt_count: 5
```

Production interpretation:

The governor is the safety layer for future PNVA growth. It allows expansion only when no-tick budget, runtime native proof, entity coverage, heuristic coverage, negative controls, theorem cards, claim boundary and path hygiene remain intact.

## 50. Root Heuristic Weight Ledger

After evolution is governed, expose public heuristic weights:

```text
rule authority + proof coverage + suppression behavior + entity links -> public audit weight
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-heuristic-weight-ledger-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_HEURISTIC_WEIGHT_LEDGER_READY
```

Current result:

```text
weight_ledger_score: 100.0
check_count: 9
failure_count: 0
rule_count: 9
ready_rule_count: 8
controlled_legacy_rule_count: 1
blocked_rule_count: 0
total_rule_edge_count: 1350
proof_complete: true
projection_clean: true
root_release_hash: sha256:97f5c3f379db838784f864c312778a3afabea50ebb30acfffe4f6da2c97b65fc
```

Production interpretation:

The heuristic weight ledger makes rule intelligence visible without exposing private tuning. A PNVA rule becomes public-ready when it has proof coverage, projection-free evidence, authority classification, no-tick behavior and entity links.

## 51. Root Entity Capability Ledger

After heuristic weights are visible, bind entities to capability and readiness:

```text
catalog + event coverage + proof coverage + no-tick behavior + heuristic links -> entity capability ledger
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-entity-capability-ledger-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
```

Production interpretation:

The entity capability ledger makes the field governable. It shows which entities are R3 runtime-ready, native-ready or controlled canonical evidence, and blocks future expansion unless every entity has catalog, proof coverage and projection-free behavior.

## 52. Root Field Topology Ledger

After entity capability is visible, expose the graph between entities, rules and no-tick decisions:

```text
entities + heuristic rules + decisions + proof coverage -> root field topology
```

Production interpretation:

The field topology ledger makes the PNVA root graph governable. It shows how entities connect to heuristic rules, how rules connect to decisions, and where R3-ready, native-ready, controlled canonical and controlled legacy edges live. Future expansion should not enter runtime unless this graph remains proof-covered, projection-free and free of orphan or blocked edges.

## 53. Root No-Tick Causal Contract

After topology is visible, bind logs, entities, heuristic rules and threshold behavior into one no-tick contract:

```text
events + proof hashes + entities + rules + suppression + threshold behavior -> no-tick causal contract
```

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-no-tick-causal-contract-2026-05-05.json
```

```
Production interpretation:
The no-tick causal contract makes the runtime discipline explicit. Native and R3 evidence must obey strict threshold behavior, while canonical legacy threshold exceptions remain accepted only as bounded historical evidence. This keeps the system honest: no-tick is proven by suppression, proof coverage, entity/rule closure and R3 precheck/commit pairs, not by vague claims.
## 54. Root Runtime Admission Controller
After the no-tick causal contract passes, convert root evidence into an explicit admission decision:
```text
contract + topology + entities + heuristics + invariants + regression + public boundary -> runtime admission
```
Current report:
```text

```
Production interpretation:
The admission controller makes future PNVA expansion explicit. New runtime evidence is allowed only when no-tick, topology, entity capability, heuristic weight, invariant firewall, regression sentinel, claim boundary and root hash stability remain clean.
## 55. Root Entity-Heuristic Admission Matrix
After runtime admission passes, classify every entity-rule edge:
```text
entity readiness + rule weight + proof coverage + topology + runtime admission -> edge admission status
```
Current report:
```text
reports/pnva-root-entity-heuristic-admission-matrix-2026-05-05.json

```
Production interpretation:
The entity-heuristic admission matrix prevents invisible runtime growth. Every entity-rule edge must be R3-restricted, native-restricted, controlled canonical evidence, bounded legacy or denied. The current root has zero denied edges and zero unknown entities or rules.
## 56. Root Admission Negative Controls
After the admission matrix passes, corrupt temporary evidence and require the admission chain to fail:
```text
bad event -> contract fail -> admission blocked -> matrix fail
```
r3_unknown_entity
r3_projected_proof
r3_unknown_rule
r3_duplicate_event_id
r3_invalid_proof_hash
native_source_path_leak
```

Production interpretation:

The negative controls prove that the latest no-tick, admission and entity-heuristic layers are not accepting bad evidence silently. Clean evidence stays PASS. Corrupted evidence is blocked before it can become runtime growth.

## 57. Root Event Identity Ledger

After negative controls pass, prove that public event streams have unique event and proof identity.

```
Production interpretation:
The event identity ledger protects the lowest public evidence layer. Every event has a unique event ID, unique proof hash, catalog-bound entity, bounded heuristic rules, valid tension fields and clean R3 precheck/commit pair shape.
## 58. Root Runtime Growth Budget
After negative controls pass, future root evidence must grow by explicit budget instead of open-ended accumulation.
Current report:
```text
reports/pnva-root-runtime-growth-budget-2026-05-05.json
```
Current classification:
```text

```
Growth policy:
max_suppression_ratio: 0.70
max_denied_edges: 0
max_unknown_entities: 0
max_unknown_rules: 0
max_projected_events: 0
```

Production interpretation:

The growth budget prevents the root PNVA system from becoming noisy as more evidence is added. The next batch must preserve no-tick suppression, R3 pair integrity, classified entity-rule edges, clean public boundaries, zero denied unknown projected events and negative-control detection.

## 59. Root Causal Mesh Ledger

After the growth budget passes, the root evidence package must prove that each PASS report agrees with the others.

Current report:

```text
reports/pnva-root-causal-mesh-ledger-2026-05-05.json
```

Current classification:

```text
PNVA_ROOT_CAUSAL_MESH_LEDGER_READY
```

```
Production interpretation:
The causal mesh ledger prevents isolated PASS reports from hiding drift. No-tick counts, entity counts, heuristic counts, entity-rule admission, R3 integrity, proof validity, growth budget and public boundary metrics must all agree before the root package is treated as coherent.
## 60. Root Efficiency Proof Ledger
After the causal mesh passes, quantify the no-tick gain as proof-backed causal non-execution against a public event baseline.
Current report:
```text
reports/pnva-root-efficiency-proof-ledger-2026-05-05.json

```
Production interpretation:
The efficiency proof ledger turns the no-tick claim into a quantitative audit. PNVA avoids work only when the non-execution is attached to an event, proof hash, entity, heuristic rule and public boundary.
## 61. Root Equation Consistency Ledger
After the efficiency proof passes, validate the operational equation behind tension and threshold decisions.
Current report:
```text

```
Current classification:
```text

```
Production interpretation:
The equation consistency ledger makes the math auditable. It proves that gate deltas are derived from score, threshold and margin; that native/R3 threshold semantics are strict; and that canonical legacy warnings remain visible instead of being promoted to native-clean evidence.
## 62. Root Legacy Quarantine Ledger
After equation consistency passes, quarantine canonical legacy warnings so they remain visible, attributed and bounded before any final readiness claim.
Current report:
```text

```
Production interpretation:
The legacy quarantine ledger makes the remaining debt honest. Canonical legacy events can still be studied, but they are not allowed to contaminate strict native/R3 runtime claims, unknown entities, denied edges or unbounded public claims.
## 63. Root Evidence Chronology Ledger
After the legacy quarantine ledger passes, prove report order across the sealed core, post-seal ledgers and publication/growth checks.
Current report:
```text
reports/pnva-root-evidence-chronology-ledger-2026-05-05.json
```
Current classification:
```text

```
Production interpretation:
The chronology ledger prevents valid reports from becoming an unordered pile of evidence. It proves that the sealed core is stable, post-seal reports cite the same root hash, and publication/growth checks extend the package without rewriting the sealed base.
## 64. Root Sovereign Readiness Gate
After chronology passes, collapse the root system into one final readiness decision across no-tick logs, event identity, proof identity, entities, heuristics, efficiency, equation consistency, legacy quarantine, admission, growth, negative controls and publication hygiene.
```

Production interpretation:

The readiness gate is the compact final answer for root sovereignty: public evidence is coherent only when event identity, no-tick suppression, equation consistency, legacy quarantine, entity/rule mesh, proof coverage, growth policy, negative controls and publication boundaries pass together.

## 65. Root Validator Registry

After the readiness gate passes, register every root validator across tool, report, document, Manifest, checksum, CI and public documentation.

Current report:

```text
```

Current classification:

```
Production interpretation:
The validator registry prevents silent disappearance of proof layers. A root validator must be visible in source, report, documentation, Manifest, checksum and CI before it counts as part of the sovereign package.
## 66. Public Safety
Public repositories should expose:
```text
sanitized proof summaries
schemas
audit reports
architecture
paper
limits
publication metadata
```
Public repositories should not expose:
```text
raw local logs
private thresholds
private tuning
personal system paths
mining secrets
tokens
wallets
host-specific automation
```
## 67. Principle
PNVA becomes sovereign when every action can answer:
```text
who acted?
what field changed?
which tension crossed threshold?
which heuristic decided?
what proof sealed the decision?
what rollback exists if this was wrong?
```
